With my buddy, we decided to bike around the surrounding hills.
We started in Velenje; the first ascent was to Gora Oljka, then we continued to Mozirje to Mozirska koča and further to Smrekovec. Here we met a small, hungry, and very friendly goat.
We continued on the hiking path to Slemen.
We descended to the hut at Naravskih Ledinah, where a well-deserved snack followed.
We ascended back to the village Razbor, from there a descent to Slovenj Gradec and cheerfully to Grmovškov dom on Kopah. A descent to Mislinja followed, and then the last slightly longer ascent to Paški kozjak.
On Kozjak, as well as on Kopah, we had our fan too.
In the late afternoon, we descended to Velenje, then still an ascent through Cirkovce to Graška Gora, where our goal was too.
Route length: 160km; 4200m gain, 11.5 hours.
