I'm glad you liked the path. The charm of off-trail is exactly that you can go a bit your own way. Another tip for another path. When I cleaned it years ago I set up a bench under the overhang slightly away from the path for observing the sunrise. If you find it hats off.

This is a challenge for  . I don't know if I'm up to it, but since the first picture is so attractive and the second shows where I would like to continue, I will definitely try.
