Yesterday we traversed Bavški Grintavec along its ridge. We found on the net a half-hidden description in a few sentences and we went to check out this beautiful Trenta valley (not just beautiful, also "abandoned" and nicely solitary).
The red gully to the ridge top is still crumbly  , but quite interesting and with careful climbing we got through (so-called Trenta I-II).
From there on, the enjoyment of the ridge, which is quite collapsed at the start, but steadily better towards the top. Just right for a pleasant workout.
On the summit incredible views, 360 degrees of mountains, endless beauty, heart overjoyed.. 
Descent further along the ridge to Kanja saddle, so we could say it's the whole .. Altogether probably standard fare for Grintavec, so nothing new on the route..
Then the obligatory blunder among the dwarf pines, later into the torrent bed, even later into the beautiful gully with pools (impassable to the bottom), then dwarf pines again, steep grasses and finally Zapotok pasture..
Wild, beautiful tour, in the Trenta region, where we'll have to return!
