The pictures from "Medo" excited me so much that after work I packed my paraglider and went with a colleague to Konec. At 16:30 we started hiking towards Kokrsko sedlo. I'm not used to such hours, but it's necessary to try once. We continued past the saddle towards Vratca. The path is completely dry except 100m below the bivouac there is a 30m snow tongue which can be avoided. After less than 2h hiking we arrived at the bivouac below Grintovec, where we spread the paragliders and flew into the heart of the Kamnik Alps. Video later. Regards.

Regards At Kokrsko sedlo I met two returning from Skuta, they said two mates will paraglide from bivouac, I immediately thought it must be ALPIN, and right I was. Nice greetings

Yesterday during a shower we took shelter in the bivouac from below Štruca. The door was wide open, obviously someone didn't close it properly, so the bivouac inside was quite wet. We wiped everything and aired it as much as possible, but still recommend checking the door when leaving the bivouac (maybe it needs to be closed a bit "harder"). regards

What's the condition or is it possible to reach the bivouac without winter gear. What's the path to Grintavec like these days. I plan to go this weekend but wondering if I take crampons or not... Grateful for any advice.

Take crampons and ice axe, it doesn't cost anything.

East of Dolge stene towards the bivouac there is snow everywhere, ice axe was useful for crossing, some went without. That was yesterday.
