Bivouac is by no means meant as the end of the trail and purposeful sleep but it's an emergency object that primarily serves to enable hikers the possibility of EMERGENCY overnight stay in case it can't be otherwise. What will you do when a lost, tired and frozen group of people seeks refuge in a bivouac full of merry people who will desperately need it? Maybe dramatizing a bit but I think morally such behavior is inappropriate. Better opt for one of the organized celebrations in the mountains (as I saw, there are quite a few on offer).

Good luck and stay safe!

gofra that won't hold..anyway they are not meant for parties. Permanent bivouac is simply a shelter that allows rest or overnight at longer ascents. According to the definition of the Alpine Association of Slovenia these bivouacs in terms of operation are unstaffed mountain huts.

Well, my conscience dictates that I overlook what the definition says. Just to avoid unpleasant situations. mežikanje

Well, to me the definition is tailored and when huts close, bivouacs or winter rooms are used as the final goal if it comes to that. Anyway, what we bring we also take away, and October overnight in winter room at Sedmerih also left a bitter taste for me; upper rooms were a real dump, but that's another story about basic human culture and more zmedenmežikanje

On one Slovak site you can reserve bivouacsnasmeh Well, as stupid as it sounds, it happened to a buddy that he came to a full bivouac of Slovaks who claimed they reserved it.

I stumbled upon a full bivouac under Grintovec in November, don't know if they were Czechs or Slovaks, but obviously not just emergency there, they were comfy like in camp trailers. nasmeh
