Last winter I bought ASOLO boots (139.95 EUR) to break them in slowly until the summer season. After approximately ten hikes, long and deep cracks appeared on the hard rubber that covers the front part of the boot over the toes. Otherwise I wear the boot excellently and was very satisfied with it. Unfortunately I don't have the receipt, only the box with price and code. That's not enough for a complaint. Has anyone had a similar case? What to do? Regards

did you ask if it's not enough? otherwise they always claim complaint valid only with receipt...but for that money it's worth digging a bit more... unhappy customers not good advertising, they should realize that.... be more persistent...
