Can you drive by car to Bregar Shelter and who is currently and who was in the past the manager of this hut?

In 1982 the mountaineering club Drago Bregar rented the ruined cheese dairy site and in 1987 gave the renovated one to hikers for use.
You'll have to go on foot up there though, because even if a cart track existed, according to TNP rules you can't bring an MTB there.

But names, you want our little one to sew us up 
Not pros because just shelter not hut. Names pile up for a bus, singly or in pairs members duty whole season rotate by time, vacation... 1 to 3 weeks.
Now figure how many rotated in 30 years. Probably don't know themselves.

I have to correct myself a bit.
Of course Zvone was there all those years. As a long-time president he lived for PD and also for Bregar Shelter. He was a true dedicated volunteer, as befits his generation, which devoted almost all its free time to these things, and never asked for compensation.
The satisfaction of hikers paid them all back.
