Do the (web) cameras have an archive of stored recordings? Access?

I chose this section, no sensible one found. Rok, please move if you have a better idea.

Today there is an article on RTV SLO, where I stumbled on old silent footage of New Year's Eve. Question for experts, maybe someone recognizes themselves. Is it at MOJČIN DOM on VITRANC? It looks so to me at least.
