From Cima Sappada to Siera hut and further another half hour or so, then right into the wide gully. Marked here and there with faded red dots, more of them higher up where the gully is also crumbly. In the upper part keep right, when the walls stand more upright turn into traverse right, somewhat nasty crumbly, slip means deep fall, then to the top just steep grass. Views wonderful, of course best on nearby Creto Forato and both Sieras, and of course all the way to Dolomites, and far around. Followed descent, then ascent up narrow gully which takes me to the other side into valley below Forato, ascent to Forata notch and down to Pesarina side, and ascent then across Siera and to Sappada. Oh how it drags down the valley across ski slopes.

Saturday, 27.6.2020 Divine. Above Rifugio Monte Siera hut on CAI 321 path towards Crete Forate there is large landslide, traverse is demanding. Ascent to Cima Dieci is demanding pathless terrain, red markers (bolli rosssi) few and those very faded, cairns almost none. Probably due to season start, before that no going to mountains there. If you nail the route well, goes with poles to top no problems, if you stray a bit like I did, hands help. At the notch where passage to valley below Creta Forato, still tiny cairn, one or two stones still stand, who knows if Igor's? Nicer continuation of Carnic fairy tale I couldn't wish for https://tubojan.blogspot.com/2020/06/cima-dieci.html
