Today I also went from Ljubelj via Bornova pot to Preval, from where I continued to the nearby Čisovec.
The path to Preval is normally passable, to the top of Čisovec there are a bit more leaves in places, where a bit more caution is needed.

I'll add a description. It's quite simple though. From Preval towards Dobrča, when the marked path to Dobrča turns right down, continue along the ridge. Occasionally a faint path can be followed.

That's how it was today on the path to Čisovec and on Čisovec. The path is almost entirely dry.

Before Tominčev slap right and along the torrent stream1
Arrival at the road and past the pasture/weekend houses2
Along the main gully, i.e. along a system of mostly fallen trunks and later along the torrent bed3
Under the scree4
Some snow is left and sinks through5
Arrival at the saddle Vrh Luž where you join the marked trail6
Continue right on the marked trail towards Prevala pasture7

On the other side towards Begunje: ridge Mali vrh-Vrh Velikih Gač-Jamarski vrh-Tolsti vrh, behind Pleče and Smokuški vrh9

Dobrča still looks quite snowy from the north side. Is the path from Preval to the Dobrča hut already normally passable without winter gear? In the path description over Ledena trata it says crampons and ice axe are mandatory on the last steep part?

By the way, can you maybe help me with the name of the peak/rock head on picture 8? There must be some marker/cross on it.
