Nice greeting to everyone! What do you think about these climbing shoes? Are they suitable for beginners? Thanks for the advice!

If they are comfortable for you, then they are suitable

Any climbing shoes are suitable for beginners. Buy such that don't hurt too much and are comfortable. When you progress, you'll know better what to buy. Let them be comfortable a bit larger (at most 1 size smaller than your normal size), so they don't bother you when you put them on and everything presses.

I was a beginner. Still am. Velcro is super, not laces.

Lace-up climbing shoes are better.

My first climbing shoes were laced, all later ones on velcro. Which are more practical and you put on/take off climbing shoes faster. What's better? Top climbers use both. Depends what suits you. Matter of personal preference You also have climbing shoes without laces and velcro

I'm always on laces. Because with laces you can secure the climbing shoe well on the foot, as much as you want along the whole length.

Yuck, slippers. Those I won't take anymore, even if given free Otherwise I wouldn't agree that lace-ups are better. First I had laced, now for years Katana from La Sportiva - velcro. Velcro so comfortable to put on/take off, don't think about laces... probably matter of personal preference.

If you go to climbing gym and climb say 10 routes, you'll change 10 times from climbing shoes to shoes and back. If no special reason (non-standard foot height or width), velcro more ready. In multi-pitch on stations usually take off climbing shoes and lacing on narrow shelf not handy. Especially watch size. From my experience sellers often push too small climbing shoes and poor beginners despair after three routes. I have same size climbing shoes as normal shoes, for plastic training half size more (so they don't dance).

Sizes don't say everything; some makers already adjusted, others not. For me e.g. 5.10 size 41 too small, while La Sportiva 39 too big Ah, foot somewhere 41.5, 42. Ask seller how much they stretch - if nothing, shouldn't press you, but must grip. If nicely stretch (say Cobra from La Sportiva already such example), no problem if slightly press from start. Specifically for these Rock Pillars think don't stretch much, so don't take too small...
