Well, Monday has come, when I took my retirees to the Trnovo Plateau -more precisely to the village Lokve. Lokve is the highest situated village in the municipality of Nova Gorica. Here life stops. We enjoy the peace at height around 1000m. At the end of the village on the left side is Black Peak. Up leads a gravel road. At the top a huge television receiver greets us. The peak is an excellent viewpoint. You can see even the sea -Gulf of Trieste and two-thousanders in the distance. On the right we see the closer peak Školj. To the top we have no more than good half an hour from the end of the village.
