Probably this topic fits better under conditions/other countries than general discussions. Otherwise wonderful pictures.

But are there somewhere on the forum written or elaborated instructions where to "post what", or is it a matter of our users' interpretation? To me it seems that conditions should include something that reflects more or less the current state/conditions on some path, slope, mountains; archive reports, debates and others in "general discussions", where the adjective general suggests that generally everything goes there Of course I might be wrong and I'll be glad if someone "teaches" me.

Well, I don't know if it's explicitly written somewhere what should go into which topic, so that I would know no. But under conditions (probably at the beginning it was really meant exclusively as conditions) there are mostly photo reports. Well, photo reports also reflect current conditions. On the other hand you're right, archive reports maybe don't fit best under conditions, since it's not exactly current. But this "actuality" is relative. When talking about our mountains of course important are data what conditions were yesterday (snow, torn fixed ropes,...) because today I'm heading somewhere. When talking about more distant places, like in this case Kyrgyzstan, even slightly older things are still current, because someone who writes on the forum doesn't go there just every day. Well, my opinion. Anyway in the end the administrator decides if the topic is in the right place

Yeah that's exactly how I think too - that moderators in the end are the ones who know best and judge and properly put things in their place. Funny only because really almost every post someone shows up saying it should be elsewhere, moderators never move it - so location is OK I assume :=)
