FR: title attribute for images

Images don't have a generated title, so on mouse hover they don't show any text ("tooltip"). In certain topics this would be very useful, say in the one about roses and in other quizzes. It would enable faster browsing and easier learning.
What to fill it with? Description, if provided, otherwise it can stay empty.
Does anyone else think it's a good idea?
