It's the award-winning film of the recently held mountain film festival here. Whoever didn't see it at the mentioned festival has the chance to see this unique film on National Geographic, which was scheduled last night at 10 pm. (of course on TV that allows rewind viewing) Really super film.

I watched this when the film was released; don't know how he managed to climb...with such huge balls...watched with sweaty palms even though I know Alex is alive and well

I too held my breath while watching, even though I knew it ends happily . Really worth watching.

Incredible! Really incredible! Is something like that even possible? It was hard even to watch. With my wife we were holding our breath, even though we of course knew how the ascent would end. I think I'll watch the last half hour of this fantastic film again tomorrow. Or maybe the whole thing!!!
