From Bavšica, from the PUS, I head to Tesne, where I already run into huge avalanche deposits down low, which will remain there far into summer or autumn. I go straight up the avalanche debris since it holds well. I visit the Bukovec hunter's hut, whose chimney winter knocked off, then further on the abandoned trail through Dolič (sometimes this path was marked) to the Vrh Osojnika saddle (1975 m). There is huge snow everywhere and it would really be nice to have skis with me. From Vrh Osojnika I started descending towards Prevala in the Bale valley, first I triggered a small avalanche, then down the avalanche debris along already known passages. Snow held nicely everywhere, sinking at most boot-deep, of course I left character at home. Crampons and ice axe helped me at some spot. There is substantially more snow on the shady side, which holds almost all the way to the hunter's hut in Bali. This was followed by descent to the starting point and the path from Bavšica to Bavšica was completed, as well as nicely encircling Obljak and M. and V. Pihavec. Nice loop tour in complete solitude.
