GEOSS - Vače - Zasavska Mountain - Sava

TODAY-29.MAY, we, with a group of hikers, set out on this already mentioned trail. We started at Geoss and then descended to the village of Vače, where we viewed the famous God's Tomb in the nearby church (there are only three in Europe), this one is the largest.
Then we headed to the famous Vače situla and onwards to Zasavska holy mountain. The path is nicely routed along a cart track and macadam road, only towards the top it requires some caution and effort.
After good food and a sip of wine we descended towards the village of Sava. Yes, here some small problems arose, as most of the path is on asphalt. Let me tell you, the trail is VERY poorly marked and we have to thank quite a few locals that we didn't get lost more times than we did. After two hours in the great heat we finally reached the village of Sava, where transport was waiting for us.
