Gloves for climbing (Via Ferrata)

Hello, I'm interested in what gloves are suitable for ferratas and, say, for climbing like Hanzova pot on Mala Mojstrovka and similar. I'm wondering if closed gloves or open ones (meaning fingers exposed) are used?

The ones bought a few years ago in Kibuba fell apart on me soon, sewn leather came off... then I bought agricultural rubberized ones, which fit the hand nicely so they can't be pulled down and are 5x better and the price is much lower.
