On Sunday we climbed our last planned peak, which is the highest mountain in Macedonia and Albania. The peak is marked and easily accessible, requires just some fitness, especially because in these parts in summer it's even hotter than at home, temperatures exceed 40°C.
We slept in Mavrovo and drove on a solid road to the starting point of the old Stezimir guard post towards the pasture and later the summit, meanwhile observing numerous peaks. There weren't many visitors.
