Golica from Jesenice via JK and Križovec

Yesterday I did, for my conditions, a marathon starting from my home living room on Jesenice Ironworks Road to the top of Golica and back.
Over Jelenkamen, Lenčkov Špik, via Križovec, Suha saddle, to Golica. Back a bit differently..
All-day tour that left a nice mark behind it.
It was the first time, but certainly not the last.

Repetition today—after a bit more than two months.
At the top a small shower caught Reksij and me, so we had washing and cooling for nothing (it was quite cold).. descent via Krvavka in the style of mountain runners.
Fatigue after the tour is quite good, mainly due to the large part of the path you walk on forest road: Prihodi- Križovec- Pusti rovt- saddle Suha.
Good test of hip and knee endurance.
The starting point suits me best. No "notice" was found on the parked car in the home courtyard.

First this year's "marathon" to Golica starting from home, happened today. Tour: Železarjeva, Tomšičeva, Šporen, Jelenkamen, Lenčkov rovt, Križovec, Pusti rovt, sedlo Suha, along the ridge to the top. Back past the hut (beer stop). This time weather held nice till the end.
Feeling at the finish (or start) is right or better than when you drive by car to Rovte..
Whole tour with stops at top, hut and along the way lasts 9 hours, or = full day.

Today's conditioning, starting from the home armchair via Jelenkamen to Golica and back in decent weather.
