Of course I have to add my little peep too. Start was in the village Volča, just like last time on the path Cvetje in autumn, only this time we didn't turn onto it but to the other side. These villages I know too little to fill in their names. I just take house numbers in the village to know through which villages we go. To Gora, where there is a beautiful renovated Baroque church of Mary's Assumption we walk about two hours. Next to it there seems to be a new sacristan's house. Then we have only half an hour to Malenski vrh -1053m. Back we went on another path-also through village Dolenčice and Delnice. Nice to walk also a bit on barely visible unmarked hunting trails, off path. But mainly we walked on marked paths, marked one way or another. It was nice.

We started somehow at dawn. It was already day here.

This is the marker of the thematic hiking trail - green circle with yellow center.

Here the Slovenian painter Anton Ažbe was born.

Back in the village Volča - on the little hill above the village is this lovely church.

We did a really pleasant short trip today to Malenski vrh via Gora, where Mary's church stands in a very nice setting. Malenski vrh is a peak without special views with the more known background of Blegoš, Mladi vrh and Stari vrh, but definitely worth a visit. We did a circular tour and were amazed at what a nice loop we actually did. We started at the Hlevišče pass, where the road towards Črni kal towards Blegoš turns right and drops down. But we turned left there and returned to the start via Gora on a forest path.
Highly recommended short trip!
