I have a Garmin Nuvi 250 and I'd like to ask if GPS tracks can be loaded onto this device! If yes, I'd like to know how!

You connect the device to the computer, which recognizes it as an external disk, then load the track or points (e.g. *.gpx) into the appropriate folders. They are nicely named so you shouldn't have problems - otherwise consult the instructions of course.

Can someone tell me how to set up Garmin Connect so I can transfer activity to Facebook. The Share text where I should click for upload is colorless and doesn't respond to click. Thanks in advance for help...

I would like all who add GPS tracks on hribi.net to note if it's winter track in snow, off-trail or dry track, because they mostly differ in the path we take, since on dry we mostly use marked paths, some also use off-trail (which should be marked as off-trail) and winter paths that go through snow mostly elsewhere than dry. Hope everyone agrees...... Also ask admin to add when adding track a box with choice 1. marked path 2. combined marked and off-trail 3. off-trail 4. snow path......

I don't use them myself, but I agree. Now there are surely enough to update some map like open street map (topo/cycle variant). But unfortunately it's not clear under what conditions they are available.
