On Saturday I headed towards Ptujska Gora, partly along HPP and E7. Weather wonderful with a bit of wind and the path was dry, very well marked, so it was pleasant to walk through the flowering Haloze hills. Greetings! Lajči

In the morning it looked bad, nevertheless I went along HPP. In Podlehnik I waited for a friend and we walked the stage Podlehnik - Ptujska Gora together. It was very cheerful along the path, because PD Ptuj organized a stage hike to Ptujska Gora that very day. Weather cleared up, path super marked, so it was pleasant to hike. Thanks friends hikers from Ptuj for the wonderful day. Lajči

In Dravci at Korpičevih we were already on pasture

Let's go into the foggy night partly along HPP to Janški Vrh, then descent towards Ptujska Gora. Weather more wet than dry, otherwise fog thick as pea soup. Hike ended at midnight mass in the basilica. Merry Christmas! Lajči

In the early morning I set off from Gradišča along HPP to Janški Vrh, from there along the European hiking trail E7 to Ptujska Gora. Weather was perfect, path varied, well marked and pleasant for walking. Greetings!

In the moonlight I headed towards Ptujska Gora. Along the path there was dew galore, nevertheless, goal achieved. Best regards!

Did you then also attend the Assumption procession on the eve of the Assumption, do you have such customs in those areas? With us, in our parts it was yesterday evening at Homec near Šmartno pri Slovenj Gradcu.

For a good start to the year let's go towards Ptujska Gora. From Gradišča I set off along HPP and E7 paths, which intertwine through the Haloze. Markings and signs renewed, no problem on the path. Regards!

Today very pleasant almost spring-like weather, and I did a very nice trip to Ivaničica (H. Zagorje). I've been to the peak at least 13-14 times, usually up via Konj, down via Zgano vino-MrzljeZ. Koča Pasarićev Dom was quite visited. After snack and one-hour break, I decided to descend via pioneer path because I heard it's easy, which is not true.
So if descending from the hut first third is quite gentle, up to prominent rock at about 800m. Then the path steeply descends into the valley. Path not maintained, probably not for a long time. Almost no markings. Here and there a ca. 40-year-old mark. Don't recommend path for winter descent as very slippery and parts unprotected.
Hope someone from PD Ivanec reads this, this beautiful mountain doesn't deserve it. Hey guys probably have trail crew and markers, as you have two societies in Ivanec (PD and Mountaineering Club) and I believe you'll make effort so PIONIR safe and marked.
