Under the helmet my head sweats terribly. Does anyone know a practical solution?

Still better sweating and patience than a rock on your head, consequences though...
Solution is to put helmet on head on really dangerous parts where there are many loose rocks. Which parts on the path you'll assess yourself.
E.g.: On forest path helmet won't help at all.

I'm deciding to buy a helmet, what do you recommend? Prices in stores differ, seller says cheaper one is better because it's lighter. What do you advise? Thanksnasmeh

I have CAMP puls helmet, very satisfied with it. Very light and comfortable helmet with good ventilation, headlamp attachment option. I don't even know I have it on my head. velik nasmeh

I put a cloth under the helmet, I sweat of course, but the sweat doesn't bother me because the cloth absorbs it. Helmet fixes nicely on the head and that's it. Otherwise BLACK DIAMOND-A.

Hi Planinček. Check Dumo.si or ClimbersOnly.net. Good selection, especially good prices. I use Saleva Toxo G2 helmet, light, ventilated, headlamp option and adjustable size, fits well. Good purchase and LP Andrej.

Which helmet is the best buy for the lowest price in your opinion?
Looking at this one

Or rent it at Iglu Sport, because I'm not sure if he will start walking hard-dangerous paths.
Rental costs a few euros. This year plan: Triglav via Tominšek, Skuta through gully, Škrlatica, Jalovec (here would need it badly).

For all planned paths you need a helmet. Any helmet is better than a "bare" head. Set price range, put helmet on head and buy the one that fits best. No bad helmets, just good and better cool

I have a basic Camp Rock helmet

It's ok, and not expensive.
You save on the price if you use the PZS member discount (depends on the store), and as a member Tilia insurance reimburses you another 15€ if you send them a photocopy of the receipt and membership card. Otherwise try it and see. Given this year's plans it's worth buying. You'll probably need it later anyway. LP

don't skimp on the helmet, it can save your life! Half Dome from BD is also very good...

If anyone is deciding on a new helmet and wants something really light. Black Diamond has presented a new version of the Vapor model, which weighs only 155g (previous 199g, size L):
