help with high mountain tour

Hello!
I'm studying at the sports faculty and soon we have a mandatory two-day high mountain tour. The professor only listed reference points where we'll hike, our task is to write the preparation (detailed route description). Since I haven't been to the Karawanks yet, I have trouble describing the tour. If anyone would be so kind to help me, I'd be very grateful. The tour description given by the professor is as follows:
MEETING: at 9.00 in front of Gostišče Koren in Podljubelj (on the regional road to Ljubelj pass).
1st day: Preval – Begunjščica (2060 m) – Roblekov dom (1657 m) – Roža – Preval (1311 m) – Ljubelj (1058 m) – starting point.
2nd day: guesthouse – planina Korošica (1554 m) - Hajnževo sedlo (1701 m) - Košutica (1968 m) – Stari Ljubelj (1370 m)– Zelenica (1536 m) – Ljubelj (1058 m) – starting point.
I've found descriptions of some individual sections but can't help myself much with them
