I've wanted to visit Goriška Brda for a long time. And for a long time I couldn't decide when the best time for the first visit would be. Early spring when cherries bloom, or autumn when vine leaves dress in warm, scarlet colors or… well, we chose June. The month when cherries ripen and when in Brda "their" festival happens. When we were browsing and looking for an idea how to best experience Brda in touch with nature, we discovered that there is a whole series of nicely arranged and marked hiking trails there… And all of them are circular!
