For online exploration: for discovering Italy geoportale.it is super. You can load topo layer at 1:25000 scale and it's super! Like being on our geopedi. But true, since they moved our geopedia to world it's no longer so pleasant to browse it and I prefer pešpoti.

Hi, does anyone know where to get Alpenverein maps? Need to drive to Austria or pay expensive postage for online order, or available somewhere here?
Or even better...anyone selling used Andes maps?  Specifically 0/3a-Cordillera Blanca Nord and 0/3c-Cordillera Huayhuash. Less useful but if offered I'll take 0/3b too.

I found these maps also on the Bookdepository site, for a similar price as on Amazon + free shipping.
