How do I add pictures to a mountain?

Hey,
for many years I've been a "reader" of the portal, now I'd like to add some pictures to the description.
E.g. Javornik above Jezersko has offered a nice panorama for some years, since the entire summit was cleared after the windthrow.
But I can't find the option!

papsi, you can't attach pictures to the description. Open a thread under Forum - conditions. There you add them as you wish under the green picture box. Otherwise, nice!

Users cannot upload panoramas by ourselves. Contact Tadej or Rok, who manage this page.

Pardon, "panorama" was the first thing I saw 
I see that this peak doesn't have its own "topic" in the Current Conditions section yet, so you have to create it yourself, as Ločanka already wrote. After that you can add texts and pictures.
