Hill between Kozina and Slavnik. At the junction of three worlds.
Primorska, Karst, Notranjska world, where from the top there is a view from the coast to Triglav; in good weather the Dolomites are also nicely visible.
Easily accessible peak by road from Kozina to Slavnik.

This weekend we spent with Ptuj mountaineers in Primorska. Refošk hike has been going on since 1987 and we joined them for the first time this time. Despite not the best forecast over 60 gathered. On Saturday from Prešnica to hunters' hut Videž on Glavica. Shame no sea view this time. Friendly hunter warmed the hut, told interesting stories, short snack and on to Hrpeljska gora aka Mišja šoga. At top lovers' bench, no views here either. But saw note about Rudet ice cave and shelter. Path could continue to Slavnik but we descended to Hrpelje and Kozina.
On Sunday drove to Koper. Easy path to Gažon village, then to farm in Baredi where daffodils bloom. Great refošk and apple strudel. Lunch in Izola praised by all. Path easy, partly Euro footpath, nice views of olive groves, ruj, Koper bay, Izola to Piran. Train great, just fit timetable. Past Hrastovlje, karst edge, soon in snowy area...Company and guide Uroš excellent as always...
