That's really irresponsible - what was this guy doing till midnight, or rather to find the winter room. And he woke the rescuers and ruined their night. Hope he apologized for this stupidity and made it up somehow.

In this bizarre case, the rescuers' behavior seems more funny to me than the hiker's. (or maybe we don't know enough details of the event)

@lijaneja, yeah, maybe it does sound funny that they go rescue such a guy. But probably they didn't know how much clothing he had (probably he himself couldn't assess it), what if he froze? Question also what mental state he was in, he could have done something even stupider. But such a one should get a proper lesson...
