I need advice. What would be the best route for hiking in the Julian Alps for 2 days? Starting point in Vrata, daily about 10 hours walking, I have the fitness.

Vrata - Škrlatica - Dolkova Špica - Razor - Planja - Kriški podi (night at Pogačnik hut)
2.DAY
Kriški podi - Prisojnik - Vršič - Jalovec - Tamar

turbo, you gave quite a demanding fitness tour, the author is interested in Triglav, since on day 2 you go towards Triglav and return via Prag back to the valley.

My suggestion:
Day 1: Vrata-Plemenice-Triglav-Kredarica-Stanič (standard)
Day 2: Stanič-Vrbanove špice-Pekel-Rjavina-Stanič-Tominškova or Prag-Vrata.
Day 2 can go just to Vrbanove or just Rjavina depending on will and energy. This comes to mind now, with map in hand probably remember more.

Already have it.
Day 1: Vrata - Stenar (over Sovatno) - back down to Stenarska vratca - Križ - before Pogačnik hut turn right to Razor - back to Pogačnik hut - Pihavec (depending on time and drive)
Day 2: Pogačnik hut - Bovški gamsovec - Luknja - Triglav (over Plemenice) - Vrata (over Prag)

If you have the possibility and organize a three-day tour (even if you don't have to start exactly in Vrata), you can try this, which my partner and I have planned starting on 6.8., of course if the weather forecast is reasonably favorable (let's all keep fingers crossed):
Day 1: Krnica - over Kriška stena - Dolkova špica - back towards the top of Kriška stena and then to Križ - Stenar - Pogačnikov dom
Day 2: Pogačnikov dom - Razor - Planja - back past the hut - Dovški gamsovec - Pihavec - Pogačnikov dom
Day 3: Pogačnikov dom - Prisank via Jubilejni greben - via Slovenska dol - Vršič
Then find someone to give us a ride down to the third hairpin, where the car will be waiting.

Oh, that hour can really be done on foot ...
And from Prisojnik it's nicer along the ridge than the Slovenski one (difficulty is quite similar).

To be honest, after such multi-day tours that last hour is really unnecessary..... Sure, if we have to go on foot, we'll do it, but if we find some transport, we'll use it.... gladly and without bad conscience
