With Andrej, who is an excellent expert on pathless routes and hunting trails in the Kamnik-Savinja Alps, yesterday we did a long and in places quite demanding tour. We started in Konc, ascended pathlessly, crossed steep slopes and scrambled the ridge to Kapitan (2012m) then descended to the saddle and climbed the partially secured path to Brana. Fog accompanied us, which didn't hinder the ascent, we were only deprived of the views, which are wonderful from here in clear weather. On Brana there was a short stop with refreshment. We continued along the steep S wall of Brana to the saddle above Kotliči, descended a bit and ascended again along the beautiful secured path to Turska gora and from there over Žmavčarje to the start. Beautiful, solitary path, no one anywhere, only on Brana we met two young guys and chamois, some ibex and even a tiny mouse hiding in the scree. Three 2000ers at once .

According to Grintavci map Kaptan is 1943 high, not 2012.
