Yesterday we traveled by train to Kočevje, and after viewing the town center with the beautiful church of St. Bartholomew, we set off to continue our path towards Kočevsko or Rudniško Lake. Here we headed along its shore, that is, on the more or less distant path around it. In between we admired the surroundings with beautiful birches, diverse grasses, somewhat distant pines, which are supposedly a special growth here, so we didn't miss high mountains in the view at all. We stopped at the bathing area, which we just couldn't leave because of the multitude of swallows that flew over the lake yesterday in real swarms. Swimmers can still be found at this time too.
Really beautiful nature, so definitely new visits to these hitherto unvisited places will follow .
