This time we made a circular route: Ravne - Dovška Baba - Koprivnjak - Hruški vrh - Dovška Rožca - Ravne.
There was little snow all the way to the top of Dovška Baba and as usual the wind had blown there. We descended the ridge towards Hruški vrh with crampons and turned to the Austrian side, where there is more crusty snow on the northern slope, less snow on the sunny slope. From the top we returned to the border ridge and along it to Hruški vrh. Back we crossed the eastern slope of Dovška Baba and returned to Ravne along the road, which is partially icy. Views were excellent. The road Dovje - Ravne to the Plavški Rovt - Ravne junction is dry and drivable without problems.

Today a nice tour, which offered wonderful views. Started at Ravne and continued over Dovška Rožca to Dovška Baba and further to Koprivnjak. After a short break, then also to Hruški vrh. Then along the lower path to Dovška Rožca and further to the starting point. Currently there is some snow on the path. For Dovška Baba and Hruški vrh, microspikes currently suffice. For the initial part of the path to Koprivnjak, it is good to have crampons and an ice axe. Nice mountaineering greeting.
