Today such a beautiful morning was born that it was time to get into action again. This time to Korada, 812m high hill above the village of Plave. Since they've been "working" on a bike trail from Solkan to Plave for a couple of years, I tried it out. It's still gravel, routed along, above and below the N.Gorica-Jesenice railway line. Above the village of Plave I joined the asphalt road to Goriška Brda up to Vrhovlje, then at the intersection right towards Iga. The road climbs gently all the time. After cca 7 km at the intersection where the hiking trail to the top starts, I turned onto the concreted path to the junction for the mountain hut on Korada. From there on I rode for a while, carried the bike for a while, as that was the easiest. At the top a short rest, then helmet on head and down to the valley. In the village Vrhovlje I continued towards Brda and on to N.Gorica. Nice circular tour, I recommend.
