Soon I want to do the tour Korošica-Ojstrica-Kamnik saddle-Okrešelj, but I'm interested which paths lead from Korošica to Kamnik Saddle? As I've already read a bit, I've noticed that everyone more or less goes through Planjava, can it be bypassed??
I'd just like to know all options and choose the one that suits us best...

Of course Planjava can be bypassed on the imagined path too, but the elevation loss will definitely be steep in that case. There are quite a few detour (unmarked) 'paths', but they are all suitable only for experienced mountaineers. As already said, I don't believe anyone on this crossing would descend (too) deep into the valley just to avoid Planjava. Optimal is of course via Planjava (not necessarily over the summit) and via Sukalnik to Kamnik Saddle. But as you wish.
