Yesterday on this trail past the Predaselj gorge, where you have many reasons for admiration, then extension of the trail also to the memorial park, where I hadn't been before. Nice trip, maybe a bit too little sun yesterday for the path along Bistrica, as views of the water are nicer when the sun sparkles in it.

Definitely though, the view of the turquoise color of the water and the depths of the Predaselj gorge is something that needs to be seen!

Bravo Ločanka, you are really something special, we always go in your footsteps. But our mountain flower girl is full of ideas. For today's Easter Monday she suggested Koželjeva trail. Not entirely, we started at the gondola for Velika Planina, to be in the sun earlier. Second reason though, because we extended the trail to the memorial park and further to Lepi kamen. Really, the beauties of Kamniška Bistrica are stunning. If we arrive tired from the hills, time and energy run out for many beauties. This time though we took time for the wild Predaselj gorge, and Plečnik's mansion. In the memorial park for those who died in mountains we paid respects to the departed. We continued the trail to Lepi kamen, which was once a residence, now it's a hunting hut. Thus we got quite close to Mokrica, Kalška gora, Kokrško sedlo, Grintovec, Skuta, Štruca...saw the route direction over Žmavcarje, Gamsov skret....noticed the turnoff to Rokovnjaške caves and found new ideas. Gorgeous day for enjoying nature. Although it's more of a flat trail, we accumulated almost 500 elevation meters and 15 km.
