You can go through normally, new cables hold and there's 20cm wide ledge by the wall. A good piece of rock fell on the little bridge

We started hiking in the cold morning, it showed -14 degrees. Already with the first step we stepped onto snow and it was like that practically the whole way. This time we said we'd go up the snowy road, last time we hiked the footpath, but there it's almost without views. We also returned that way, with shortcuts this time and thus descended quite quickly back to the parking lot. So it wasn't just the Zacchi hut, we climbed a bit further to the viewpoint. But fewer go there, yesterday it seemed to me that really no one else. The visitors were mostly skiers, well yeah, some hikers too, but skiers in the majority. Even on the way back they were ascending.
But at this time the path to the hut and the hut itself is mostly in shade. The sun illuminated the hut around 13:30, left it after a good hour. So it's good to think when we want to be up there.
And new plans for the next visit to these parts have already been born. How not, the surroundings are really nice and there are quite a few paths too!

Since I haven't been there yet, I'm interested in the following:
Is the path safe from avalanches in the current conditions? Can a circular variant be made?

Best to go up the road, so you avoid the steep sections and at the same time see what the conditions are like. Then depending on your assessment, back the same way or the direct footpath.

a friend said that the owners of Zacchi hut posted "due to water shortage the hut is closed and we'll see each other again in June"
