Yesterday's wandering in the Julians brought me two phenomena. One I've noticed many times already, the other for the first time. Formation?

I also observed this yesterday above Prisojnik. The phenomenon is called iridescence or iridization, it occurs when the cloud is thin and made of droplets of the same size, which then shine in colors due to diffraction.
