The goal to see and experience the golden-yellow larches glowing in the sun was fulfilled with the hike to Lipanca and visit to the peaks above the pasture. The path from the parking lot Pri Rupah is easily passable and interesting. Larch needles on the branches swayed in a gentle breeze, but in the next days they will already fall to the ground. I used Saturday morning for a walk to Lipanca and a circular path to the peaks above the pasture with visits to Okroglež, Debela peč, Brda, Lipanski vrh and Mrežc. On the path, mountain flowers, beautiful views and peace delighted me. I warmly recommend this circular path from Lipanca.

After more than three months back at Lipanca. This time we did a circular path Mrežce - Lipanski vrh - Kredarica - Brda - Okroglež - Debela peč - planina Spodnja Brda - Lipanca. Interesting that this time we saw for the first time the inscription KREDARICA 1943 m on the elevation (mountain) between Lipanski vrh and Brda. Always something new, right? At Lipanca, larches are slowly changing the color of their needles. Autumn is here and with the first cooling we can expect some snowflakes already. Above Lipanca everything as before. For the first ascent in June we chose the peaks above Lipanca. From the Pri Rupah parking lot we ascended to Lipanca pasture, where a meadow full of mountain flowers awaited us. We walked on paths above the pasture, reached the pond and continued to the slopes of Mrežc, from where beautiful views delight the hearts of visitors. We constantly photographed both mountains and flowers, of which there were really plenty. From the top of Mrežc we descended and ascended to the neighboring Lipanski vrh along numerous beautiful screes in the walls of both mountains. Then descent and ascent to Kredarica, then descent and ascent to Brda and then visit to two more peaks, Okroglež and Debela peč. With this we finished the path over the peaks above the pasture. We returned to Lipanca and then along the morning path to the starting point.
