Yesterday I also drove into Logar Valley. Already at the entrance the empty customs booth cheers me up , later quite a good stretch of new asphalt. At the parking lot only three cars, and those were probably from workers at the construction site above. Due to recent heavy rain, Rinka waterfall is really mighty, tiny droplets below reach the path.
Curiosity pulls me to the construction site, they say the works are progressing well. First snow patch appears on the path just below Prag, of course it's all mushy from the strong sun. At Savinja Saddle it's no more than 5cm, it started to hinder me only on the very approach to Mrzli vrh, on scree it was slightly frozen, on shady ascent parts the rocks were iced too. Since the climbing section is relatively short, it was a real pleasure to get a whiff of winter. Due to exceptional views and minimal wind, I stayed up top a nice while and enjoyed. I had planned descent via eastern ridge, but quickly crossed it off, as sun started melting snow hard, water gushing down rocks. Neighboring peaks looked lonely, only Storžek had visitors.

Nice, 26 pics. If going, at least IMO better opposite direction from below Mrzla Gora up. Been there, very crumbly, lots stays in hands.
