Hello
on Saturday I was ice climbing on a waterfall and accidentally made two holes in the left pant leg with crampons. The pants have a 2-year warranty, bought at Iglu. Now I have no idea what to do. Of course, I'd most like it if they exchanged them for me, but I think that won't happen. The only option would be if they could be repaired.

Pants don't have warranty on crampons  silver tape, that's it
