Today we headed to Mladi vrh from Črni Kal. The path wasn't trodden yet and there were quite a few snowdrifts and slides as well as lots of snow on the road. But since it's fairly flat it didn't cause big problems 
The path from the road to the summit through the forest is quite pleasant due to less snow and not very demanding. I recommend
