Turbo, from the pictures it's not clear if you were on Monte Oberkofel or on Monte Rioda, but anyway the highest peak is the latter (2043), Oberkofel is 18 m lower.
Otherwise I suggest the ridge from Monte Morgenleit to Monte Palone, where you bag 3 two-thousanders and 2 almost two-thousanders in a few hours and return under the peaks as you described. As starting point I recommend Sauris, although you can get by car to the Festons pasture (1800 m), but the road there is extremely steep and narrow. You don't want to meet another car there.
