We climbed this mountain, which belongs to the Ortler-Cevedalle group, on Friday 21.8. from the village Peio first by cable car and then chairlift. The hike starts at height 2315m (Doss dei cembri) and is undemanding, of course the influence of altitude cannot be completely ignored . To the hut Mantova, which is at 3535m, the path crosses two short snowfields and also to the top is mostly dry. Mists, which were rising from valleys all the time of ascent, disappeared at the top and short descent to glacier behind the top invites us to traverse to secondary top Punta Linke 3631m, where during 1st World War was important AO station. Views really impress, nicely visible Presanella, Adamello; before it white top Punta san Mateo. On the other side is ridge with tops Palon della mare, Cevedalle, Zufallspitzen., it was hard to go down. Trip as it should be, suitable for wide circle of hikers, for end of day it was beautified by view on mountain from camp; just below top in dark flickered light in hut Mantova
