Mountain running on Ratitovec

Running on Ratitovec might even be the toughest mountain run in Slovenia. It counted as a selection race for the national team for the European Mountain Running Championship. Result: Kosovelj, Alič, Bregar. I ran a tactically good race here and managed to qualify for the national team. The race was even more demanding than usual due to the muddy course.

One of the toughest races in Slovenia-(for me definitely). This year Grintovec awaits me for the first time, where the track gets steeper-9km. Today's was long 12 km. First 2km almost flat, where Kosovelj already escaped the competition. At 3 km the asphalt gets steep, some flats in between, some small descents and we already turned into the forest on muddy paths. It suited us with Perot(ŠD Socka), the pace slowed, which suits me. There were still some flats before we ran to the last 2 km, where it started running on a path of real mountain world full of rocks. Almost 1200 m ascent, avg. pulse 185-calories 1270. Super tough-it was practically dead at the finish(my longest race so far).Oh and they renamed me to dragana.
Next mountain race that we'll attend with Perot might be the run to Dovška Baba,, definitely Vršič.
Bojan congratulations and qualification for EP.Regarding the video from Osolnik you'll get it tomorrow, most likely.

Haha Musala peak  The run on Ratitovec peak was also interesting. When is the run on Grintovec peak?
