Nice greeting!
Could someone please recommend a circular tour around Vogel?
I know there's a lot of snow and the avalanche risk is also high, so please [give me] relatively safe advice...

Due to frost probably no major avalanches. But we ourselves might, under load (sightings on peaks, snow cornices), trigger an avalanche. Tours around Vogel are possible (maybe tracked to Storeč vrh, continue to Zavitar and on to Šija. In favorable conditions down the ski slope to Zadnji Vogel - avalanches! and on to Rjava skala - SKI hotel.
