You see Muret Hill when driving through Brode towards ŠL, when you raise your gaze to the steep little hill above the village, which takes up most of the visible horizon with its ridge. I've driven past like that countless times, but there was no proper plan for ascent along this attractive ridge. But last week we chose one not too nice day just for the climb onto it.

Since it was all quite short, we rounded off the tour to St. Florian and descended to the start through Sopotnica Ravine. A loop that both of us did for the first time and we don't think it's the last either. Then we went to see the new bridge in Brode, which together with Muret Hill in the background looks really idyllicsmile.

Ločanka, despite crazy times, your posts are imbued with enthusiasm. You get to know nearby hills and hill ranges in detail and encourage us with descriptions to imagine some loop ourselves that will sooner or later come true. smile

palček plezalček, these low hills can excite just as much as the big ones. Where you haven't been yet and imagine that you have to go up there once, there is no real peace until you see the view from the top, which is different everywhere. And the names of the peaks still need to be determined, so from that point of view alone, there will never be a shortage of worknasmehnasmeh.
