In my opinion natural attractions like Ljubljansko barje, Kraški rob, Goričko, Mura, Posavsko hribovje... need to be protected. please tell me if you learn anything about this and make an effort yourselves too. THANKS

I too am for protecting nature. Someone should monitor the above-mentioned areas. Tons of waste lie along roads and hiking trails that definitely don't belong there. The noise recently caused by quad bikes doesn't belong in nature either, especially not on hiking trails where unfortunately I notice them more and more often lately. I see the solution in more monitoring and especially punishing the offenders.

all listed areas are protected one way or another - as protected areas (goričko landscape park, ljubljansko barje landscape park) as natural value (mura), or as habitat type within nature 2000. of course mere paper protection is not enough. environmental protection should be included in every human intervention!!! there has also been some progress here - for individual interventions in protected areas, comprehensive environmental impact assessment is legally prescribed. however.... often political and economic interests are stronger than nature protection. the alpine association of slovenia has the status of a society in public interest and thus the option to point out procedures that bypass laws (similar to how slovenian birdwatching society activated in the case of volovje rebri).

I agree. I don't understand people, how they can not care and throw into nature everything that comes to their mind. I want those who do this to think a bit what kind of people you are at all. For me a person without values cannot be good.

This is how protected areas of landscape parks look in nature. First picture taken in 2010 and second in 2025, both taken at approximately the same place...

Horror. Which park is that?

Landscape parks are barely protected, so it's not surprising. That would be surprising if it was inconsistent with the management plan or if this sub-area was classified differently, e.g. as a nature reserve.
