Mid-morning we set off on the trail starting at the intersection of the forest road and the road between Trebeljevo and Leskovec. We walked along the partially frozen, dry and snowy forest road for a little more than three km and then climbed to the 776 m high peak (signposts say 771 m), where there is tobogganing opportunity on snowy grassy slopes (about 12 cm thick snow cover). Today there were no clear views of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps, and the Julian Alps were also hidden from view. We only saw hills and hillocks

On Sunday, 3 April we did a hike from Mali vrh to Obolno and back. We arrived along the Besnica valley near Ljubljana, but access from Grosuplje or from Višnja gora or from Šmartno pri Litiji would also be possible. Beautiful winter idyll, a group gathered at the hikers' assembly point. At the top there are nice views towards Dolenjska, Zasavje, Janče and KSA. Easy, 10 km walk in the company of pleasant hikers, then also assembly and socializing in the excellent farm tourism at Kamnikar. Super day...
